Background: In spite of long-term clinical experience with oxycodone hydrochloride/OxyNorm (OH), analgesic concentrations OH in acute postoperative pain management have not been established. There are assumably different opinions regarding intraoperative timing administration among anaesthesiologists and nurse anaesthetists, hence practices.
